REALLY GREAT NEWS!

We have just heard from the Parish Council that the North West Ambulance Service rang to inform them that a man’s life was saved at the Hall last night, using the attached defibrillator. Now that IS a great way to start the New Year!

NEW BOOKING OFFICER
Paula Murray is the new contact for bookings at the Hall. To contact her:-

2017 ended with several very successful events.

The Christmas Fayre was well attended and got the Festive season off to a good start. Thank you to Carol Bamber for her organisation, and all those who volunteered.  An amazing sum of £1900 was raised towards the Hall funds.

A Community Children’s Christmas Party was also well attended and very much enjoyed by all. Thank you to Helen Hayward and friends who made it happen.

The Thrice Brewed Ceilidh once again swung us into 2017. Good fun was had by a full range of age groups, who certainly knew how to enjoy themselves!
