Saturday 27th Feb The Pudding Night was a delicious success for all who attended.  Several boys could not believe their luck with the opportunity to eat so many different puddings! (Holy Trinity Church event)
DON'T MISS Thursday 10th March. 2.45pm  Afternoon Tea with discussion and models of Thirties Fashion Tickets £17.50 available from the Hospice at Home shop, Castle Street.  A fundraiser for  the Hospice at Home.

Friday 29th-Monday 2nd May VILLAGE SCARECROW TRAIL.
Start collecting all your ideas and materials!
To be organised by the Village Youth Club, details to follow.   WCA event 

Friday 29th April-Monday2nd May. 11am-4pm Art Exhibition    Refreshments available.
Don't miss this large exhibition of talented artists. Work will be for sale, proceeds to Holy Trinity Church
Saturday 11th-Sunday12th HRH Queen Elizabeth 90th Birthday to involve a variety of village organisations.
An opportunity for the village to have a sociable get-together and celebrate!

Saturday 11th 7pm The ever popular Dukes will be playingas part of the family fun weekend.
Several other events to be planned. Watch this space!

Saturday July 2nd The Village Fete on the Green(in the Hall if wet) WCA Event
Looking for volunteers to help set up and dismantle this great village event.
Cakes, plants and tombola prizes all needed, as well as plenty of visitors on the day please.

End of August/ beginning September(date to be decided) An Italian Cookery Evening.
Following the success of the Curry Night, Isobel and Geoff Ferguson are planning another wonderful cookery demonstration and meal.  Proceeds to a village/community project.

Saturday September 10th The Village Show. Please note that this is a later date than usual. WCA event.
Get cracking with arts and crafts, photography and cooking skills. Plant, sow and nurture garden and plot!
We encourage all ages to show off your skills and may even win a prize or take a cup home!
