We are continuing our successful link with Highlights, an Arts Council funded project, which gives an opportunity for professional groups to perform in rural communities.  There is an opportunity twice a year to make a selection of possible acts for our community.  If you are interested in any aspect of the Performing Arts for the Hall and would like to be involved (no committee meetings!) please get in touch!  Reply to or

Thursday 16th February. Doors open 7pm. Bar. Cabaret seating. We are very fortunate to have the Tomassso Starace Quartet with ‘Italian Short Stories’. Music specifically written and matched to projected black and white photos taken by Gianni Berengo Gardin. Tickets £10.00. Contact: Celia 561176/0775 288 0327.  A Highlights production. Thursday 2nd March at 7.30pm A Cheese and Wine Evening, with Janet Queen giving a talk on ‘North West Gardening’ She will also answer any of your horticultural questions! Only £15.00 per ticket Contact: Mary 01228526705. A great evening in aid of NSPCC.

Saturday 25th March. A Craft Fayre from 10am Lots to see NOT TO BE MISSED in aid of Hospice At Home
